Our stables house Friesian cattle, with their classic black and white coat, whose milk, resulting from the two daily milkings, is entirely destined for our production of Parmigiano Reggiano. Particular attention is paid to animal welfare and the quality of life of our cows through natural nutrition, which respects the regulations imposed by the Consortium, and the care and hygiene of the environment.
