The dairy farm

The history of the dairy dates back a long time. It is estimated that the first settlement dates back to the end of the 17th century and it is thought that only the dairy farm buildings existed at that time. Today the dairy farm exclusively processes milk from our stables and is processed every morning by Andrea and Maria Luisa to produce Parmigiano Reggiano. The flavors of our land live as they once did, thanks to their efforts. The maturation in our warehouse and, therefore, time are the last ingredient for the birth of a high quality product.
